“Julie joined us at a critical time of our global roll out programme ahead of a Go-Live in our biggest trading business in the UK due to an unexpected gap in the finance workstream.

Although finance isn’t her main area of expertise, Julie came in and familiarised herself with a heavily automated IFS solution in double quick time enabling her to produce training material across the credit control / call centre workstreams and deliver and support delivery of that material across 40 different training sessions to the entire business community in a 4 week period. She then supported those workstreams during the Go-Live and Hypercare post Go-Live period in an incredibly professional and competent manner.

Despite being thrown in at the deep end at a very challenging stage Julie displayed great skills and knowledge that enabled us to deliver and support a safe and stable solution across multiple workstreams which would have been very difficult to achieve without her on board.
