“Marshall’s deployment of IFS has not been without its issues and the business has struggled to obtain full effectiveness from the system in the defence market in which it operates. In 2022, Andrew joined the IFS consultant team assigned to help stabilise the system and drive its full benefits.

Marshalls used JIRA to capture issue and improvements and Andrew was then assigned various tasks to see these through to completion. Andrew showed himself to have a wide range of skills within IFS from programming, data setups, permissions, lobby & reports definition, and general support.
