Not every situation requires a full-time consultant for months at a time – for these situations we offer our ad-hoc, part-time consultancy. We have availability to assist customers who need our skills for smaller chunks of time, starting at half a day up to a full week.

For Technical Consultancy this time could be utilised to develop a reports, design and implement a customisation, investigate and improve a manual process, or develop and execute migration jobs.

For Functional Consultancy this time could be utilised to carry out training on a specific topic, create training documentation or quick cards on a particular process or help execute a project to implement a new piece of standard functionality.

We can also assist in support roles during busy periods such as Go-Live or key project milestones, where your existing resource is stretched thin.
